We are required to provide a named accountable GP to all of our patients.

The named accountable GP will take lead responsibility for your healthcare journey and the services provided during your treatment.

This is to ensure a continuity of care with a friendly recognisable face.

This does not affect your right to see any GP or nurse in the practice, and will not impact on the level of care you receive.

You should have been notified of your named accountable GP, however, if you would like confirmation, then please ask at reception or when you are next in with your GP. New patients are informed at the point of registration.
